Q. How do I order parts?
A. You can order parts online when you register or log-in (link to log-in/register) or you can call us at 800.648.6833. When you have registered and received a password you will have complete access for shopping parts, pricing and availability. You can also do business with Depot International via phone, fax, email and AOL Instant Messenger.


Q. What is your Minimum Order Policy?
A. A minimum of $50 will be required on all orders. Consolidating orders can eliminate this charge.


Q. Who do I contact if I have questions about the pricing that I see online?
A. Contact your Account Manager with any questions regarding parts pricing at 800.648.6833.


Q. What is Advanced Exchange?
A. Depot International's Advance Exchange Program* allows you to order quality parts for same day shipment. Simply return your repairable cores to Depot International using the enclosed yellow RMA Return label. This label has all the important information needed to ensure that you receive the proper credit for sending in your core.

Depot International appreciates a quick core return and offers some of the longest Core Return times in the industry. Your defective core must arrive within 30 days to avoid being charged for the core owed. Contact our Core Specialist with any problems or questions.

*Customers must complete and return an Advance Exchange Agreement to take advantage of this cost savings program.


Q. What's your Core Policy?
A. If we have not received the core back within 30 days from the ship date you will be mailed a "core invoice" stating that you will be charged if we do not receive the core back within 10 days of this invoice date.


Q. What is the advantage of choosing Refurb Parts?
A. Depot International's refurbished printer parts service is a cost-effective alternative to buying new. Refurbished parts offer the same performance and quality as a new part at a significantly lower price.

Q. What can I do with my excess cores?
A. You can recycle your old cores into cash! Depot International's Cash for Cores Program will buy back defective repairable Hewlett Packard and Lexmark subassemblies. Contact us at 800.648.6833 x201 or email us with your excess usable cores for the current fair market price.


Q. What are my shipping options?
A. Phone orders placed by 7PM Eastern Time will be shipped that day. Internet orders placed by 7PM Eastern Time will be shipped that day. ETA's (Estimated time of arrival) are supplied for backordered items. ETA's are subject to change. Q. How can I track my order?
A. You will receive email updates every step of the way. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order with us. Next, you will receive an order tracking email that will provide you with carrier tracking numbers so you'll know exactly when it will arrive.


Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Depot International reserves the right to refuse any new OEM parts that are not returned according to the guidelines set. To obtain full credit returned product returns must: Have a valid RMA number. Have ALL original packaging (if new) Packaging cannot be written on or defaced in any way. It is suggested that you repack product in larger box to avoid damage in shipping. A restocking fee of 20%, will be incurred for any returned non-warranty item. Click here for Terms & Conditions.


Q. What is your Warranty Policy?
A. Refurbished parts are warranted to be in good working condition for six months, unless otherwise specified. All New Parts carry a 90 day warranty while HP OEM product is warranted for 120 days.

Warranties are from date of purchase and Depot International reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the defect results from improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification/misuse or improper site preparation.

Please call us at 800.648.6833 before claiming a warranty. All warranties require a RMA #.


Q. Do you only sell printer parts?
A. Although our expertise is printer parts, Depot International offers a more extensive line of products, including new and refurbished whole units, accessories and supplies.


Q. Do you sell any other manufacturers products?
A. Yes, Depot International strives to meet the needs of our customers. Contact your Account Manager at 800.648.6833 with any requests.


Q. I have a printer repair question. Can you help me?
A. Depot International's Live Technical Support Team is available to you Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. You can also visit our Depot Tech Support Site and enter your problem ticket there.


Q. Does Depot International purchase old printers?
A. Yes, Depot International purchases old printers that are either working or repairable. Please contact us at 800.648.6833 or email us for more information and pricing.

Q. I am having trouble downloading a form off your website, what do I do?
A. All forms are provided in a .pdf format. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free, click here. You can also contact your Account Manager who can email or fax any forms you might need.
