Minimum Order Policy
A minimum order of $50.00 is required.Warranty
Refurbished parts are warranted to be in good working condition for six months, unless otherwise specified. All New Parts carry a 90 day warranty while HP OEM product is warranted for 90 days.Warranties are from date of purchase and Depot America reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the defect results from improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification/misuse or improper site preparation.

Returns
Please call 800.648.6833 before making any return. All returns require an RMA #, which are valid for 30 days. This number helps us track, identify and process your return.Return to:

A 20% restocking fee may apply to all non-warranty returns. Depot America reserves the right to refuse any non-warranty returns that are not returned to us within 30 days; parts must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Advance Exchange/Core Return Policy
Depot America's Advance Exchange Program* allows you to order quality parts for same day shipment. Simply return your repairable cores to Depot America using the enclosed yellow RMA Return label. This label has all the important information needed to ensure that you receive the proper credit for sending in your core.Depot America appreciates a quick core return and offers some of the longest Core Return times in the industry. Your defective core must arrive within 45 days to avoid being invoiced for the core owed. To assist you in managing the return of your cores you can receive weekly email updates concerning the status of core(s) owed.
Your repairable core must be:
Received within the 45 day period or you will be invoiced for the core owed.
The exact equivalent of part(s) shipped to you.
Clearly marked with a valid RMA# to ensure proper credit to your account.

ARS Tags
Prepaid ARS Tags can simplify core return. ARS Tags are $8.00 each and have no expiration date. ARS Tags are valid on any return of a single part and cannot be credited or returned.Payment Terms
